Cranberry Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency. • 1 lb cranberries
• Juice of 1/2 orange
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 segments of orange peel
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Remove the cinnamon stick, orange peel, and serve.
