Green Chile Sauce

Sauté onion and garlic until tender. • 1 Tbsp oil
• 1/2 cup finely choppped onion
• 2 cloves minced garlic

Stir in the stock and simmer until thick and smooth. • 1 1/2 vegetable stock
Stir in the chiles and oregano. • 1 cup chopped roasted green chiles
